Kaplan is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused, and energized HR Assistant to join the team. As a member of the HR team, this position plays a critical role in the ongoing transformation of Kaplan HR. The successful candidate must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple, competing priorities, and should be able to work autonomously.

Selection & Recruitment
- Prepare and post job advertisements.
- Coordinate hiring activities which include resumes screening, liaising with recruiters and candidates, and scheduling of interviews.
- Prepare letters for employment.
New Hire Orientation
- Prepare new hire orientation kit.
- Assist in the orientation of new hire.
Learning & Development
- Under direction, create training content, learning resources and work guides, using PowerPoint or other Microsoft tools, video software, Adobe Captivate, etc.
- Manage training administrations, grants submissions, feedback and evaluation, and coordinate logistics and resources.
- Administers the Learning Management System (LMS).
Others
- Supports in planning and implementation of employee and wellness events.
- Provide administration support to HR department.
- Represent HR at internal committee(s) when needed.
- Adhoc/other duties assigned
Qualifications
- Diploma or Higher Nitec holders in HRM or equivalent.
- Prior knowledge of basic HR principles and practices required.
- Experience in maintaining HRIS.
- Good verbal and written communication skills for use in interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in dealing with sensitive data and issues pertaining to employees.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to work and communicate effectively with different stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to remain organized and detail-oriented while processing large volumes of data and paperwork.
- Ability to multi-task and work on various projects simultaneously while maintaining a superior attention to detail.
