Job Description

HR Assistant (3 - 6 months Contract)

Kaplan is seeking a detail oriented, customer-focused, and energized HR Assistant to join the team. As a member of the HR team, this position plays a critical role in the ongoing transformation of Kaplan HR. The successful candidate must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple, competing priorities, and should be able to work autonomously.

  • Packing, managing & tracking of ART test kits
  • Swab compilation 
  • Filing and scanning of documents
  • Other adhoc admin duties
  • Work from office only

 

Qualifications

Job Requirements 

 

  • Diploma or Higher Nitec holders in HRM or equivalent.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
