Job Description

 

HR Intern (1 Year Internship)

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update staff personal file and system
  • Assist in employee welfare activities, including administrative matters
  • Assist in staff performance administration
  • Prepare HR letters and correspondences
  • Provide support in any ad-hoc matters

 

Qualification

 

Pre-Requisites

  • Diploma in HR or its equivalent
  • Experience with MS Office, Words, Powerpoint and Excel
  • Highly meticulous and organized especially with data
  • Able to work independently to meet organizational goals
  • Able to deal with a variety of personalities and keep calm in tense situations
  • You should be approachable, fair, and have good multitasking abilities
