Kearea Pte Ltd – E Commerce Executive Intern

The role will require the individual to gain a deep understanding of retail & online business processes

1. Managing and updating Orders on E commerce platforms
2. Write product descriptions and relevant content onto E commerce platforms
3. Manage online stock inventory
4. Ensure excellent customer service when responding to delivery issues, queries, etc
5. Planning of sales promotional activities
6. Other duties that may be assigned
7. Develop creative artworks for online products, banners and promotional posters
8. Monitor and track competitors pricing and online promotional activities
9. Setup and manage E-commerce store
10. Setup and manage online stores on online marketplaces
11. Monitor and track competitors pricing and online promotional activities
12. Responsible for product listing, product image editing, and price management
13. Manage website product shoots

Key Skills and Requirements:

• A student currently pursuing a recognized Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Marketing/ E-Commerce would be preferred
• Knowledge in (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
• High degree of thoroughness and accuracy when reviewing or creating materials
• A keen interest in E commence Jobs
• Proficiency with office software (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• A team player with a positive attitude and professional work-ethic; self-motivated and who can function independently if needed
