Keisuke Takeda, founder of Ramen Keisuke, is born in 1969 in Hiroshima. Fond of cooking as a child, he started his career as a chef with a French restaurant and worked there for 12 years. He then moved to a Japanese restaurant and worked for 5 years before opening 'Bimisenryu Tanka', a modern Japanese restaurant in 2004.
Mr Keisuke Takeda's popularity grows beyond Japan in 2010 when he opened his first overseas outlet - Ramen Dining Keisuke Tokyo in Singapore. In less than four years, the outlet rapidly expanded into a chain that introduced four different ramen concept outlets namely Tonkotsu King, Tori King, Tonkotsu King Four Seasons, Tonkotsu King Matsuri (soon to open in July 2014) and a gyoza dining concept Gyoza King to much hype and acclaim. Ramen Dining Keisuke Tokyo has since moved from its Parco location into its biggest venue yet - at Suntec City in June 2014. His innovative ramen creations won him rave reviews that soon established him as one of the top ramen personalities in Singapore. One of Mr Keisuke Takeda's ramen creations - Tonkotsu Ramen Special even won the top spot as the Critics' Choice in Timeout Singapore's Best Ramen Bowl shortly after its launch in Tonkotsu King in 2012.
And NOW 2017, we have 11 diifferent concepts with 12 outlets in Singapore. Keisuke Family is always growing and climbing higher.
