Job Description

Foreign Work Pass Management

  • Submission of EP/S Pass, DP, LOC, STVP/LTVP Applications on EPOL.
  • Application/Renewal of various work passes.
  • Withdrawal/Cancellation of various work passes.
  • Issuance of various work passes.
  • Update of Pass Holder’s Details.
  • Preparation of Monthly Giro Payment for Finance.
  • Submission of Monthly S Pass Headcount to Finance.
  • Preparation of Appeal and related letters for EPOL applications.
  • Update Deployment Tracklists.


Ad Hoc Administrative Duties

  • Source/Arrange/Enrolment of Training courses for Internal Staff
  • Submission of WDA Training Grants and Claims for Internal staff and contractors
  • Update HR board for Employee’s service anniversary and birthdays
  • Arrange flowers and wreath for different occasions
  • Filing (Payroll, DDG, MC, Letters)
  • Provide support to Employee’s queries
  • Assist in Reception Coverage (if necessary)
  • Conduct Reference Checks
