Job Description
  • Manage the onboarding process for contractors to have smooth integration into the company. (collection of document, contract insurance, etc.)
  • Maintain and update contractor’s information and data in the HRIS system, issue letters and support contractors when needed.
  • Administrative support for both contract and temporary workers. (preparing and uploading of documents to DocuSign, termination, leave request, contractor bonuses, etc.)
  • Work closely with managers regarding contractor’s renewal or termination.
  • Manage performance appraisals
  • Employee discipline and grievance handling
  • Oversee offboarding process
  • Administering processes efficiently within defined SLAs
  • Work closely with contractors and clients. (improve & build relationships, increase efficiency, effectiveness, and morale, etc.)
  • Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide end-to-end administrative support
  •  Any ad-hoc administrative work.
