Qualifications
- Support and work closely with the retail team in ensuring standard operations procedures & service guidelines are met
- Manage operational standards and management of all KRTC branches
- Review, develop and implement process improvement, control measures and cost savings programmes
- Provide analytical support to the business managers on commercial and regulatory matters
- Investigate feedbacks and timely reporting to the management
- Administer and ensure compliance of maintenance programs
- Liaise with HR on manpower deployment for stores
- Plan and oversee monthly/weekly staff rosters and staff attendance
- Conduct audit checks on KRTC branches to ensure compliance with operations standard
- Response and manage incidents whenever necessary
- Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess initiative, strong analysing and problem solving skills to analyse problems and recommending solutions
- Possess leadership skills and ability to interact well with all levels of people
- Preferably possess Class 3 Driving licence and own a car
