You will support the HR Business Partnering team of Keppel Corporation’s Group Human Resources in managing various stages of an employee’s lifecycle, particularly in the areas of recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding as well as employee engagement.
Job Description
You will primarily support the team in the following activities: recruitment, onboarding and off boarding as well as organising engagement and well-being initiatives for employees. Tasks will include but are not limited to:
Recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding
- Supporting HR Business Partners in the end-to-end processes of recruitment, including shortlisting candidates, coordinating with line managers and candidates on interview sessions, as well as ensuring that the necessary documentation is in place before the candidate commences work with the organization;
- Assisting with new hires’ on-boarding process to ensure smooth transition into the organisation
- Providing inputs and assisting with the review of new hires’ onboarding to enhance employee experience
- Assisting with off-boarding of leavers from the organisation and providing inputs in the review of the off-boarding process
Employee engagement and well-being
- Supporting focus groups discussion on employee engagement
- Conceptualising exciting and engaging activities for employees (e.g. CSR activities, events to celebrate festive occasions)
- Designing publicity materials (e.g. EDMs, Yammer posts)
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and vendors
- Gathering and reviewing participants’ feedback to inform future initiatives
- Other ad-hoc duties

- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work in team-based environment
