Job Description
  1. Implementing programmes to improve employee experience and build a great place to work 
  2. Administration of learning and development programmes 
  3. Involve in the recruitment, development and engagement of Early Talents such as Management Associates and Interns
  4. Assist on HR communications e.g. marketing collaterals, videos
  5. Ad-hoc duties and task assigned by HR Team

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Able to work independently and execute quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment 
  2. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills 
  3. Strong desire to learn with a high degree of motivation 
  4. Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint
  5. Technology-savvy. Those with experience in video editing or social media design will be favourably considered.
