Job Description
- Implementing programmes to improve employee experience and build a great place to work
- Administration of learning and development programmes
- Involve in the recruitment, development and engagement of Early Talents such as Management Associates and Interns
- Assist on HR communications e.g. marketing collaterals, videos
- Ad-hoc duties and task assigned by HR Team
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Able to work independently and execute quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong desire to learn with a high degree of motivation
- Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint
- Technology-savvy. Those with experience in video editing or social media design will be favourably considered.
