Intern, Resourcing (Talent Acquisition and Talent Marketing) (Jan-Jun 2022)
Roll out campus outreach initiatives
Assist in employer branding efforts
Assist in Talent Marketing initiatives
Market map for talent pipelining
Roll out campus outreach initiatives
Assist in map out standard internal processes
Assist in End to End recruitment for Interns
Liaise with various businesses and assist in administrative tasks
Maintain HR systems
Other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements
Interest and passion in HR with a flair for creative design and writing
HR, Marketing and/or Communications undergraduates are welcome to apply
Solid organization skills and attention to detail
Strong communications and interpersonal skills; able to work in team based environment
Good business writing skills
Self-starter with high level of initiative
Able to work effectively in fast-paced environment
Experience in social media marketing will be an advantage

The intern with Resourcing team can look forward to learning opportunities in areas of design to delivery in recruitment, employer branding and talent marketing. In addition, you will be exposed to the various industries across Keppel businesses – asset management, offshore marine, infrastructure, transport, telecommunications and property development.
