Job Description
- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the industry.
- Help maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Coordinate and assist with events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to develop new sales strategies and marketing plans.
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales and Marketing Managers.
