This position is for Alchemic Dream. Responsibilities:

  • Query handling of tickets raised by Taiwanese customers.
  • Representing the company as the first point of contact for the client’s customers in Taiwan
  • Ability to meet targets and deadlines
  • Ability to work within a team and have an honest and valuable input towards the team structure
  • Research bug reports and provide information and reproduction steps for QA
  • Ensure compliance of player base with the game rules (ToS, Conduct Policies)
  • Interact with and engage players by communicating with them on live chats, forums & social media platforms
  • Update the communities regarding server downtime, maintenance, special offers & game updates
  • Able to work from home using personal computer
Qualifications

Requirements:

• Excellent writing skills in English and Traditional Chinese (TW) in order to communicate with Taiwanese customers

• Good knowledge of various social media (SNS, Mixi, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, blogs and forums)

• Prior Customer service/call center experience would be preferred

• Interest in video games will be a plus

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
