Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a position is for Keywords Singapore Studio.
We are seeking Singaporeans and applicants eligible to work in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Query handling of tickets raised by customers in Simplified Chinese and English
• Representing the company as the first point of contact for the client’s customers
• Ability to meet targets and deadlines
• Ability to work within a team and have an honest and valuable input towards the team structure
• Research bug reports and provide information and reproduction steps for QA
• Ensure compliance of player base with the game rules (ToS, Conduct Policies)
• Interact with and engage players by communicating with them on live chats, forums & social media platforms
• Update the communities regarding server downtime, maintenance, special offers & game updates

Occasionally Weekend Support & late evening Skype meetings

Overall manage the customer support agents

Train and recruit new agents

Prepare reports to Customer Support PM

As part of our selection procedure, shortlisted candidates will be asked to carry out a linguistic test on site.


QUALIFICATIONS


Requirements:
• Excellent writing skills in English and Simplified Chinese in order to communicate with the Mandarin-speaking customers
• Good knowledge of various social media (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, blogs and forums)
• Prior Customer service/call center experience would be required
• Interest in video games will be a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Helpdesk IT support experience would be preferred

Able to travel for oversea trips on short notice
