Job Description

Job Duties:

A. Administrative

1. Check letterbox, sort mail and distribute mail.

2. Answer phone and reply emails.

3. Renew the necessary season parking, insurance, road tax and other mandatory licenses/memberships.

4. Type quotations and submit it to the respective clients.

5. Type tax invoices and submit it to the respective clients.

6. Keep records of expenses and prepare payment vouchers/cheques.

7. Assist to calculate quantity and submit purchase orders when required.

8. Calculate quantity and submit progress claims to clients every month.

9. Assist with monthly payroll and generation of payslips.

10. Prepare and submit CPF every month, GST F5 every quarter, GST F7 when required, IR21 when required and IR8A every year.

B. Human Resources

1. Apply work passes, cancel work passes and renew work passes.

2. Liaise with government bureaus/embassies when necessary.

3. Submit check-in/check-out documents to workers' accommodation.

4. Monitor swab test schedules and update when necessary.

5. Maintain and update staff's data/profiles.

C. Others

1. Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required from time to time.

Requirements:

Preferably with at least 1 year experience in administrative works.

Remuneration:

  • Probation (First 3 months) - $1,800.00.
  • Passing probation - $2,000.00.
  • 3 months after passing probation - $2,200.00.
  • Yearly performance review and entitled to pay increment based on performance.
