Front Desk & Social Media Marketing Intern
Working hour in studio: Sat & Sun (9am - 2pm)
Marketing duties may include additional work from home hours.
Responsibilities:
Front Desk
- Greet and direct clients as soon as they arrive for class
- Ensure that reception area is tidy and presentable
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and also via phone /email
- Basic cleaning duties such as wiping down of mats and mopping the floor at the end of shift
Social Media Management (Instagram, Facebook)
- Graphics and schedule 3 -4 Yoga Post a week
- 1 Reels Video a week, including editing and graphics
- Graphics and schedule 3-4 IG Stories a week
- Brainstorming ideas and directions for Instagram outlook and design
- Market Research on current trends in the Yoga/ fitness industry
- Monthly Review on Top views / Followers increase etc
- Ad hoc design on marketing materials such as brochures, posters etc.
- Ad Hoc Email Marketing to Members via Mailchimp
- Design and captions of Newsletter / Promotional Materials
- In-person / zoom meeting to discuss and plan content calendar for the upcoming weeks.
- Discuss and brainstorm ways of creating awareness to increase followers, and to connect with existing followers
