Job Description

As a Sales & Business Growth Intern, you'll play a crucial role in building KidsPass's partner network. You'll be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and signing up quality activity providers across various categories including sports, arts, coding, and other enrichment activities.

This is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development and account management while working directly with our founding team.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Acquisition

- Research and identify potential partners across different activity categories

- Create and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners

- Conduct outreach through email, phone, and in-person meetings

- Give platform demonstrations to potential partners

- Negotiate partnership terms and secure sign-ups

 Partner Success

- Assist in partner onboarding and platform training

- Gather feedback from partners to improve our offering

- Help partners optimize their listings and capacity

 

Market Research

- Map the children's activity landscape in Singapore

- Track competitor activities and market trends

- Gather insights on pricing and capacity utilization

- Identify emerging activity categories and trends

 

Qualifications 

- Current university student or recent graduate

- Strong academic record

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Comfortable with MS Office suite and Google Workspace

- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and take initiative
