Job Description

Position Summary 

Reporting to the APAC HR Director, this position will provide support for various HR activities and assignments in line with the the Company HR Roadmap and Agenda, with a focus on analytics, learning and talent development. This role has regional scope requiring a certain level of coordination with the HRBP network across APAC countries.


Accountabilities

  1. HR Analytics
    • Work with relevant teams in the automation of the Company's Regional HR Dashboard. Once automated, own the work of updating the manual sections periodically. Generate reports as necessary.
    • Establish the SOP to records the process and people involved in preparing the Dashboard.
    • While the automated dashboard is in testing, coordinate with relevant stakeholders to continue to deliver the manual dashboard that is currently in use.
    • Support the annual workforce planning exercise.
    • Analyze a variety HR (Workforce, surveys) reports to provide meaningful interpretations.
  2. HR Communications
    • Coordinate with HRBPs and relevant stakeholders across APAC to gather key HR information from respective clusters/teams for assigned activities of the year.
    • Be responsible for the content and format of high quality quarterly HR Newsletter.
    • Organize the quarterly HR forums - own the schedule and administration of these 4 sessions; prepare materials as required.
  3. Employee Engagement
    • Be responsible for the administration of annual employee engagement surveys from pre-survey communications to post survey results analysis, reporting and interpretations.
    • Support the execution of action plans and initiatives that are developed and deployed in response to the survey feedback.
  4. Learning & Talent Development
    • Support the execution of selected learning and talent development programs currently in place, such as Think Development and GM Mindset. This includes coordination of meetings, participation in concept design, preparation of materials and organization of activities.
    • Carry out research and analysis for target programs as per HR Director’s guidance.
    • Support the activation of internal LMS by developing concepts & frameworks for activation, communication & engagement.
    • Working with GMs identify the next set of countries to deploy the Sales Career Roadmap project & develop a roll out plan. Support the work on customizing the standard Sales Career Roadmap to suit target country needs as per the roll-out plan.
  5. Others
    • Support the HR director in executing KCP & Supply Chain organization’s strategic priorities of the year. (Example : Roll out one-KC behaviors for blue collar workers)
    • Recruitment:
      • Be part of the regional Talent Acquisition network, participate to learn and stay updated on the employer branding perspectives and Workday recruitment processes.
      • Work with shared services to create job requisitions on Workday, manage job postings and handle the interview process arrangements when required.
    • Ad-hoc HR activities as assigned.


Requirements

  • Post Graduate / MBA or Bachelors preferably with a HR major
  • At least 1 year’ working experience (in any field)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in HR as a career; ability to work in a role with regional scope
  • Fluent in English
  • It is an advantage if candidate has project management exposure
  • Comfort in working virtually with people across countries
  • Conceptual and proactive thinker; strong in analytics
