Human Resources Intern (3-6 Months)
Intern will learn and be exposed to:
- Explore career opportunities by working in your field of study, or to attain an inside look at your potential career path
- Honing of execution skills
- Participation in regular staff meetings
- Network and to meet a variety of people in your chosen profession through your internship
Responsibilities:
The intern will provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth HR operations and participate in various HR projects/initiatives.
- Recruitment: assist in the recruitment process for the contingent workforce (including job posting, screening of resumes, etc.)
- Supporting the HR Operations Specialist on the following matters:
- All work pass matters
- HRIS Administration: ensure that employee records/data are updated
- C&B Administration (including checking and approval of medical claims, insurance analysis, etc.)
- Preparation of certification letters
- Training administrative support
- Providing any other general HR administrative support (including preparation of certification letter and MOM survey, report generation, raise PR etc.)
- Supporting data analytics for talent profile analysis
Qualifications & required skills:
- Candidates should have a keen interest in HR
- Motivated, organized
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Highly detailed orientated
- Good team player
- Proactive and willing to learn
