Position Summary:
Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, Consumer Singapore, this role has exposure to several Marketing initiatives across Kimberly-Clark's brands.

On ground understanding: You will use the information to identify issues with the data or on ground improvement opportunities. You gain exposure to marketing in Fast Moving Consumer Goods including New Product Development process, Digital marketing and Project Management skills with Ownership of at least 1 main project with KPI.
Online marketing platforms
- Manage/follow through on website content migration.
- Project Management. Work with KC Digital Service team, marketing to establish and roll out new projects onto website including User Acceptance Test.
- Review, enhance user journey and integrate website with Huggies Club ongoing initiatives.
- Working with 3rd party agency, optimise existing content, adapt from countries and localize content according the objectives of the brand.
- Deliver website's KPI metrics tied to Huggies CRM Program.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Roll out and ownership of at least one CRM program/ initiative with Huggies Club.
- Review all consumer touch points for opportunity to garner Ratings & Review.
- Enhance current user experience including reviewing syndication work with partners.
- Introduce process and regularize key touch points ( Huggies Club, Website, e-commerce )with consumers to capture Ratings & Review.
- Implement programs to garner regular Ratings & Review.
- Participate in Huggies Sampling strategy to acquire new moms and babies.
Implementation of programs including participating in digital media buying process.
Create and manage Huggies sample packs including managing planning, operations and distribution of packs digital and on-ground. - Support Huggies on operations including supporting product development projects.
- Digital Social content : Participate with digital agency on overall content

- Direct line manager: Marketing Manager, Consumer Singapore
- Key working relationships: General Manager, Consumer Singapore, Sales and Marketing Teams, Consumer Singapore
Requirements and Best-fit behavioral traits
- Exposure to FMCG industry (preferred)
- Practical problem-solver: Able to get into the details as well as thinks strategically to problem-solve
- Business sense and judgment: Able to generate practical ideas to solve key business issues
- Functional expertise (good to have): Marketing
- Demonstrated excellence (must have) in Analytical Problem Solving and digitally inclined
- Strong communication skills – able to relate across levels within the organization
- Mature: Authentic, highly collaborative and ambitious, but with a down-to-earth attitude
- Can-do attitude, willing to roll-up sleeves and show the way
- Non-hierarchical, self-starter, requires minimal hand-holding
