The Group operates and manages an extensive network of coffee shops, food courts and industrial and a network of food stalls, restaurants and confectionary shops comprising Mixed Vegetable Rice, Teochew Porridge, Dim Sum, Seafood “Zi Char”, Tonkichi and Rive Gauche.
We are looking for third or final year students to join us as a Full-time or Part-time Intern.
As a IT Intern (Business Analyst), you will be empowered to provide insights to assist the team in streamlining business processes with the help of technology.
Job Descriptions
- Analyze outlet's day-to-day operation process and identify areas for improvements.
- Work closely with third party vendors on system troubleshooting and integration processes (eg. Integration process between Delivery Platform and Point of Sales System ).
- Manage business applications related projects and provide assistance in planning, design and research.
- Assist to develop up-to-date SOP, user guides, training materials and systems documentations.
- Perform query jobs, generate data statistics and weekly reports for management.
- Other ad-hoc duties.
Job Requirements
- Undergraduate from Singapore-based University only.
- Good troubleshooting skills (analytical and problem solving).
- Enjoy working on challenging solutions and systems.
- Strong problem solving and time management skills.
- Knowledge in front-end technologies ( HTML5, CSS3, Javascript and Bootstrap), database design and SQL skills will be a plus.
- Meticulous, detail oriented.
