Job Description
Roles & responsibilities
Clinical :
- Handle patient enquiries efficiently & politely
- Dispense medication & giving post treatment instructions
- Billing
- Coordinating & booking appointments
- Cleaning & sterilization of instruments
- Assist Dental Surgeon in dental procedures
- Scaling polishing
- Fillings
- Implant & wisdom tooth surgery
- Root canal treatment
- Crowns
- Dentures
- Housekeeping
- Stocktake
- Cleaning of premises
- Ensuring the clinic always operational
- Ensure treatment room is sufficiently stocked all the time
- Lab casting
Focus :
- Helping with business development .
- Improve operations work flow
- Assist principal in research , data management and marketing
