JOB DESCRIPTION
CORPORATE & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
· Assist key business leaders in gathering data for market research and formulation of go to market strategies.
· Conduct vigorous due diligence/market research for each prospective new business, manage key deliverables including project analyses and execution.
· Work with managers in analyzing financial and business proforma models.
· Strategically identify and evaluate business and collaboration opportunities, new products, services, or processes that will bring quality acquisition and investment ideas to Senior Management.
· Project management of all corporate strategy formulation activities (such as management retreats and progressive dialogues) and assist in the implementation of these initiatives.
· Collaborate with the various divisions to think about corporate development opportunities in a progressive, systematic, and routine fashion.
· Assist in all organisation design projects such as re-organisation, etc.
· Assist in creating strategies to adopt sustainable practices and be responsible for communicating and marketing sustainability campaigns to internal and external stakeholders.
· Assist the various departments in Vietnam (where applicable) in the organisation of events (where applicable) for the company.
OTHERS
· Handle any other duties/responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
· Require to travel to cover regions that the company operates in and where the group expansion plan develops.

QUALIFICATIONS
· In progress of completing a Business Administration (Diploma or Degree) or equivalent.
· Past internship experience preferred.
· Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Interested in problem-solving, curious in nature, and open-minded.
· Confident and able to influence various stakeholders.
· Comfortable with presenting both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
