Responsibilities:
Develop innovative recruitment strategies, including recruitment events and career talks, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Utilise various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals to proactively source and screen potential candidates.
Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit and interest.
Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with team members to enhance existing recruiting procedures and processes.
Act as a positive ambassador for our company brand at all times while upholding strict confidentiality.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level or Diploma; on-the-job training provided.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Familiarity with recruiting trends and best practices.
Capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Open-mindedness and a willingness to embrace challenges.
