Kinexcs – UXUI Developer

About this Role:

You will be part of the team realizing the vision of an award-winning system that aims to enable better mobility and a better quality of life. Be the owner and inventor of the product’s unique user journey that will disrupt conventional and traditional physical therapy pathways to enhance the lives of medical staff and patients.

You will be working closely with Marketing. Sales and Product teams to conceptualise and design materials that give a voice to Kinexcs’ brand and product values. During your internship, you will interact with external stakeholders, conduct usability tests, design and develop patient/stakeholder journeys, wireframes and user interfaces through multiple design sprints and iterations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Creating user-centric designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
• Creating user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes and mockups
• Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces
• Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components for mobile, desktop or web applications
• Collaborating effectively with product, sales, marketing and management teams
• Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Design or relevant field
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (Figma, Sketch, AdobeXD, InVision)
• Some experience in design would be a huge plus (e.g. managing a social media account, photoshop, etc.)
• Some familiarity with software development (i.e. basic Python, Java, etc)
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Exuding strong leadership with strong interpersonal communication skills are greatly preferable
• Able to work in a fast-paced startup environment
