Lab Assistant (Chemical Manufacturing | Jurong Island)

*Please note that this role will be hired by our client on a fixed-term contract of 1 year.

About the job:

• Raw material process and finished product quality control analysis
• Maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting of assigned laboratory equipment
• Maintenance of chemicals and consumables inventory, preparation and standardization of chemical reagents and waste management.
• Maintenance of quality records and documents
• Training of junior laboratory or chemical technicians

About you:

• Minimum Nitec related to chemistry
• At least 1 year experience in conducting Manual Wet Chemistry or Manual Lab Testing
• Knowledgeable on all equipment operating procedures as well as all quality control procedures
• Competent on the use of laboratory equipment
