Our client is a growing global company that installs, maintains and modernizes elevators and escalators.
About the role:
• Seek out customer/business opportunities with new and existing clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales and technical presentations.
• Estimate and analyze costs, calculating clients’ quotation.
• Prepare quotation & liaise with Service Team before submission.
• Negotiate price to meet both clients and company’s needs.
• Update and maintain VIEW system.
• Engage in the engineering solutions, estimating and the ordering process for the repair/upgrading works.
• Responsible for the execution and handing over of the repair/upgrading works to the satisfaction of the customer and within budget and schedule.
• Identify potential repair/upgrading works opportunities and make recommendations to the customer.
• Conduct analysis of the breakdown activities and offer solutions for the upgrading opportunities. • Handle any other ad-hoc duties / tasks assigned by Managers.
About you:
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Management, Engineering or other related fields.
• Preferably with 1-2 of work experience in repair / service / technical sales. Candidates with less experience may be considered.
