Salary: $1,700.00 - $2,000.00 per month
Schedule: Day shift
Experience: Customer service: 2 years (Required)

Working Location: VivoCity Level 3
Role Responsibilities:
Assist in handle and manage customer visit experience.
Assist in crowd control and manage visitor safeness.
Assist in maintaining the event venue cleanliness and its tidiness.
Assist in managing the playground inventory and storage.
Assist in operate & upkeep playground equipment.
Assist in planning of duty roster and cleaning schedule.
Assist in day-to-day service crew deployment & their meal-time arrangement.
Assist in manage & leading part time and junior service crew.
Support day to day admission check in/out process.
Support day to day event activities and performance.
Undertake & execute the special project assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
You have at least GCE ‘O’ Level Certificate.
You like working with young children and their families.
You have at least 2 years’ experience in customer service or related field.
You are able to perform shift, and commit during peak period (i.e. School Holiday, Weekends, Public Holiday) with long hours of duty.
You can work as a team and share best practice with colleagues to achieve the overall aims of company’s goal.
