You will ideate, conceptualise and produce compelling branded designs for a full range of marketing communication platforms including email, infographics, social media, display ads and website with the objective of increasing specific traffics for the website.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conceptualise and develop designs for marketing campaigns, both online and offline channels including banners, vouchers, brochures, social media graphics, web graphics and infographics
- Design, lay out and broadcast regular email newsletters for e-marketing campaigns
- Develop and update existing artwork including promotional materials and printed display materials
- Contribute to and propose creative concepts for brands, products/services, and campaigns
- Creatively solve problems from the concept of ideas to carrying them out through designs and layouts
- Manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities
- Work independently and collaboratively
- May require to assist in video-editing too
- Working in a startup, you may be required to assist with any other ad-hoc marketing initiatives too!
REQUIREMENTS:
- Loves to work in a startup
- Loves to travel
- Strong design background
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in Marketing Communications, Advertising & Promotions environment of similar capacity
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver and Illustrator on a Mac environment
- Proficient in Video editing through Final Cut Pro
- Basic understanding of html, CSS, Flash, PHP is an advantage
- Good understanding of advertising, digital, production and media concepts
- Creative and innovative with an excellent visual and design sense
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills and organizational skills
- Able to work independently, self-driven and a strong team player
