• Responsible for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the sites under your charge.
• Plan and develop work schedules to ensure contracted service.
• Inspect and evaluate physical condition of establishment for safety and quality.
• Audit and maintain inventory, supplies and equipment.
• Investigate and promote improved equipment and methods.
• Review customer service requests to ensure quality and priority.
• Analyze and facilitate budgets to identify areas of cost savings and improvement.
• Ensure site meets continuously budgeted goals.
• Coordinate program specifications and requirements for proposals and contracts.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance with local regulations such as, WSH, MOM and NEA etc.
• Act as liaison between company, customers, employees, and subcontractors.
• Establish and maintain relationships with contractors; maintain current database of contracts and contractor status.
• Conduct meetings to maintain consistent, timely and effective communication within all levels of the business.
• Responsible supervisory work involving assignment and direct supervision to employees in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the assigned areas. Inspect areas, equipment and working conditions to ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
• Assist with human resource concerns and issues
Qualifications
• A minimum of two to three years of experience in cleaning industry is preferred.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, employees, and general public.
• Customer service, problem solving, time management, project management, planning, excellent communication, presentation, interviewing, coaching and training skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Computer Skills.
