As part of its services, eRemit Singapore enables users to make remittances with competitive real-time exchange rates as well as digitally monitor transfer statuses and history. The app is integrated with partners such as PayNow and Direct Bank Transfer, and also incorporates SingPass, MyInfo, and Electronic Know Your Customer (eKYC) for enhanced security verification.
Job Scope:
- Promote remittance app based in Singapore.
- Assist customers with registering (in-app) and making transfers.
- Handle customer enquiries.
Salary
- $12 to $15 per hour
Qualification Requirements:
- Fluent in either English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin as the candidates is required to communicate verbally of the required languages to the customer.
- Students Welcomed.
- Team player and IT savvy. Remittance knowledge is a plus.
- Possess street smart selling & marketing skills.
- Students Welcomed.
- Experienced in performing one-to-one selling skill.
- Adept in indoor & outdoor selling environment.
- Able to handle customer enquiries and complaints effectively.
Other notes:
- Product training provided.
- Able to commit 3 days a week might including weekends (Monday to Sunday)
- Daily working hours are from10am to 4pm.
- Expected start date for role: Immediate
