Retail Store Admin Roles
- Monthly sales report (stores)
- Consolidate Sparks (loyalty points) report
- Monthly sales report (supplier)
- Consolidate major points report
- Order of supplies
- Create new items barcode to Store backend
- Create barcode if items are without barcode (supplier or own)
Marketplace Listing Roles
- List into all major e-commerce marketplaces
Office & Warehouse Roles
- Issue invoices to the wholesale customer after receiving their monthly report
- Inventory update at the warehouse (wholesale or stores)
- Create New items list for the wholesale customers
- Consolidate delivery records Monthly
- Create Delivery Order
- Stock Take
- Help co-workers for online and marketplace fulfilment.
- Help in warehousing when necessary
- Co-ordinate Deliveries and Create Delivery Record
Detailed responsibilities/accountabilities:
- Ensure new collections are uploaded to websites and marketplaces
- To ensure all orders are delivered within the lead time
- Responsible for the entire order fulfilment process
- Good communication amongst team and 3PL
- Ensure no discrepancy on billings and invoices
Suggested Qualifications and Experience:
- Currently pursuing a Degree/Diploma Logistics/Supply Chain Management/E-Commerce or equivalent
- Working knowledge & experience of various local & international e-commerce platforms/systems, both front-end & back-end (e.g. Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, Amazon, Shopify, etc.) is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft office especially Excel (V lookup & Pivot Table)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Have strong organisation skill
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous with an eye for details and numbers.
- Resourceful, fast and efficient and able to work independently
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Good communication skills
