Job Description
- Attend to any calls or enquiry from new or existing customers
- Liaise with clients, shipping line/co-loaders and overseas agents
- Liaise with carriers & releasing of booking confirmation to client
- Liaising with transporters for trucking in/out of container to warehouse for
- stuffing/unstuffing
- Keying various data into company in-house software
- Documentation preparation & invoicing up to pre-alert of shipment
- Any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required
- Well verse with Microsoft Office & Excel spreadsheet
- Experiences with import and export procedures would be a plus point
- Applicants with administrative and other logistics experiences are welcome to apply
- Entry level candidates are also welcome, training will be provided for new intake
- Good Communication skill in both English and Mandarin as we have customers from
- China with documentation written in Mandarin
