Listed on SGX Mainboard in 2006, Koh Brothers Eco Engineering Limited ("KBE") today is a sustainable engineering solutions group that provides engineering, procurement and construction ("EPC") services for water & wastewater treatment, hydro-engineering, bio-refinery & bio-energy projects.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead a group of BIM Modelers and Coordinators from design to Construction Stage.
  • Plan, design, delivery and efficient management of the BIM Plan.
  • Assist project teams in BIM Project setup, project work modelling and detailing.
  • Manage and distribute project construction phase for submittals, construction models, shop drawings and schedules.
  • Manage BIM Standards development, implementation, enforcement, modelling workflow and methodologies.
  • Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all construction / shop drawings produced.
  • Manage interferences between BIM models of different disciplines (i.e.: architecture, structure, MEP, etc.).
  • Act as the intermediary between designers, clients and architects.
  • Provide fundamental and intermediate training to BIM members and related stakeholders.
  • Produce regular updates on BIM implementation schedules and measure the effectiveness of the implementation.

 

Job Requirements

  • At least a Diploma in Architecture / Civil / M&E Engineering or any equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 7 years of BIM / VDC local Project experience.
  • Certificate in BIM Management / VDC will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge in Latest technology for 4D – 7D BIM / VDC / VR / Simulations will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge in Bentley Micronstation plant design application software such as OpenPlant Modeler and OpenPlant PID is preferred.
