Listed on SGX Mainboard in 2006, Koh Brothers Eco Engineering Limited ("KBE") today is a sustainable engineering solutions group that provides engineering, procurement and construction ("EPC") services for water & wastewater treatment, hydro-engineering, bio-refinery & bio-energy projects.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities 

1) Handle full spectrum of HR duties including compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, training and development, recruitment and selection and insurances related to HR.

2) Administer work pass application, issuance, renewal and cancellation.

3) Manage and handle letter correspondences relating to HR such as Employment Contracts, Acceptance of resignation, confirmation letters and so on.

4) Timely submission of payroll bank transfers, CPF submission, IR21 and IR8A submission.

5) Timely submission of Government Survey.

6) Submission and monitoring of statutory claims such as NS make-up pay, government paid leave and so on.

7) Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirement.

8) Covering of receptionist duties as and when needed.

9) Any other ad-hoc duties being assigned by the management.

 

Job Requirements

1) At least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or any equivalent qualification.

2) Minimum 5 years of experience in similar capacity.

3) Good knowledge in Employment Acts, Singapore regulations and Best Practices.

4) Meticulous, well-organized and able to multi-task.

5) Prior experience in Construction industry preferred.

6) Good interpersonal and communication skills.

7) Effective team-player with positive attitude.

8) Able to speak English and Mandarin.
