Job Description

Overview

Sparkling water or artisanal drinks under a minute? SodaStream Singapore is expanding and we are searching for a talented E-Commerce Specialist to drive our eCommerce growth, increase our brand presence online, and manage the various online platforms.

Candidate will be responsible for daily operations of our digital e-commerce business, and manage many aspects of the online sales including: inventory management, content management, product listing, optimisation, maintenance of e-commerce tools and platforms. You will also be responsible for sales and promotional campaigns, customer service, sales analysis and reporting.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Daily operations of our various online store and our marketplaces including but not limited to tasks like daily maintenance, stock management, campaign execution
  • Create and manage product listings
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to create marketing content for promotional campaigns
  • Ensure effective inventory management strategy and forecasting of stock required
  • Monitor, evaluate and report sales campaigns effectiveness to ensure good ROI
  • Analyze data on different markets and drive initiatives to increase revenues for partners
  • Ensure functionality of all online channels on a daily basis by doing website checks
  • Report and analyse eCommerce KPIs (sales, conversion rate, traffic etc) and activities for all platforms

  • Experience in eCommerce and Logistics Operations would be advantageous
  • Basic Photo Editing Skills on programmes such as Photoshop or Canva, with a Good Sense of Aesthetics
