About the Role
Kopifellas® started in 2017 with a vision to preserve and promote Singapore’s food heritage through our innovative concepts. He/She will have an opportunity to execute projects and work closely with our Senior Finance/ Account Executive. As we are expanding, we want to find the right team member who likes challenges, is willing to learn, excited to take on projects, and keep a positive attitude.
Job Description
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Receivable functions to ensure the timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
- Support in documentation of preparing financial & management reports and forecasts; bank, audit and tax schedules
- Handle cash/bank/investment reconciliation processes and cash flow manangement
- Verify suppliers' statements of account and invoices
- Assist in managing and tracking inventory, ensuring all the financial transactions are recorded in the appropriate accounting period
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned when required
You will be perfect for this programme if you:
- Currently pursuing diploma or undergraduate degree in the Accountancy/ Finance or equivalent
- Able to commit at least 3 months
- Able to handle private and confidential information
- Having relevant past working experience in finance/ accounts position (preferably in F&B industry) would be an advantage
- Able to work independently and a good team-player with detail-orientated and pleasant interpersonal skills
- Love working and contributing in a fast-paced environment
- Able to start immediately

- Full-time internship of 3-6 months
- Monday-Friday, office hours 9am-6pm, at TaiSeng
