Kopifellas® began with a vision to preserve and promote Singapore’s local food heritage in a modern approach. Its modern coffee shop concept has been well-received and the company has since expanded with several stores islandwide, an overseas outlet in New York City, and new brands under its wing; Noodlefellas and Fellascube.
He/She will play a vital part in the foundations of Kopifellas. This role will have an opportunity to execute projects and handle important admin information under the care of the HR Lead. As we are expanding, this candidate will work closely with the HR Lead in all general admin aspects of HR.
Job Responsibilities
Some examples of HR-related tasks:
- Recruitment (Posting, screening and hiring)
- Onboarding and Offboarding in system
- Handle Employee Grievances
- Host & Plan Events for Employees (Engagement)
- Liaise with HR Lead for data submissions, ensure data integrity
- Assist to draft documentation of HR processes and practices
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Other ad-hoc duties

- Currently pursue diploma or undergraduate degree in the Human Resource Management discipline or keen on a career in HR
- Able to commit at least 3 months
- Able to start immediately
- Good exposure to F&B industry and HR work
- Good communication skills, detailed-oriented
- Have a proven track record
- Passionate, positive & collaborative
- Love working and contributing in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently and in team
- Familiar with Microsoft tools
- Prior experience in F&B industry is an added advantage
