Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Spearhead development of new iOS & Android application for company's new business project
- Research & understanding of the new app launch (STAFFANY)
- Testing of system
- Registering all employees under the application
- Working closely with HR department and demonstrating how the app works with staffs
- Assist with enquiries among the users
- Assist with company’s scheduling for outlet crews
- Scheduling workforce and tracking of work hours
- To assist in other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Proficient in excel sheet and data entry
- Able to speak and write in Chinese is a plus point
- Travel around different outlets
- Detailed oriented with good organization skills
- Good time management
- Proactive and self-motivated
