· Support the Head, Leasing in retail planning which includes tenant/trade mixreview and planning
· Source and secure suitable tenants that fit into the desired tenant mix for ourfood court/coffee shops/hawker centres
·Monitor all current and future vacancies to proactively react to futureoccupancy needs.
· Handle leasing enquiries /cold calls and make necessary recommendation ofretail spaces to prospects.
· Evaluate the prospective tenant’s proposal to make recommendation toapproving parties for acceptance.
· Negotiate and finalize rental and other terms & conditions with potentialtenants.
· Prepare and complete relevant leasing documentation and paperwork forapproval of lease via TMS (Tenant Management System)
· Ensure tenants adhere to the lease terms. Follow up from the signing of leaseterm to the opening of the store
· Plan, establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships.
Qualifications
· GCE “O” Level or equivalent· Minimum 1-2 years in leasing or equivalent
· Strong in communication skills
· Preferably someone familiar with food court tenant management. Proficient in G Suite (gmail, docx,spreedsheet etc)

Working hours : Monday to Friday : 830am - 6pm
