Kord IT – Support Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Analyze service desk issues, resolve problems, develop solutions, testing, implement and support server and database systems
• Coordinate tasks and priorities between clients and developers by regularly updating the service desk system and communicating the issue status in a timely manner
• Keep up to date with industry trends, evaluate technical solutions and make recommendations
•  Develop and maintain project, technical and user documentation and ensure version control practices
• Other related duties as required

Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
• Experience: Some experience providing software support including deploying, testing and documenting mobile/web applications and databases
• Knowledge: Reasonable knowledge managing Linux server operating systems, MySQL databases, Apache web servers and software deployment tools
• Skills: Excellent time management, software project management, people management, teamwork and communication skills (oral and written)
