Kosh Consulting Group – Marketing & Sales Intern

We are seeking a Marketing & Sales Intern to survey the market in South East Asia for potential clients including MNCs, established Asian businesses as well as consulting and recruitment firms. This will be done through LinkedIn on a predominately remote work arrangement. The intern will be tasked to reach out to potential clients, qualify prospect leads, introduce our services and build the rapport to the point where the prospects are willing to explore a business arrangement with us.

The ideal intern should be driven, resourceful, independent, results oriented, hardworking and possess good interpersonal skills. Training will be provided to familiarise the intern with our products and services, but a fair amount of self-learning is necessary in order for the intern to be effective.

We will pay a basic internship stipend and will tag on a highly competitive performance bonus for interns who meet sales targets. A successful intern may also be considered for future employment with Kosh Consulting Group when the opportunity arises. Far sighted interns can take this opportunity to bring in sufficient business that enables us to engage them on a full-time basis going forward. 

Candidates who have language skills or are from South East Asian countries would have a natural advantage in marketing to their home country. If we find good candidates, we are prepared to take on a number of interns each focusing on a specific country. We are keen to explore business opportunities in Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia and Philippines.

Applicants with a Psychology, Marketing, Business or Training background would have a advantage, although we are open to take on strong candidates who have a track record of achievement outside of academics. We are also prepared to consider working professionals who are good at sales and who want to be a pioneer to help us build a dynamic sales force.
