We are an investment portfolio company that owns a beauty company and we're looking for an Automation Intern to help bring our vision to the masses. The beauty company focuses on aesthetics and beauty treatments such as medical facials and hair removal.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluating new tools and technologies, with a particular focus on AI and automation tools relevant to the beauty industry.
• Define, develop, and execute test engineering tasks, including reviewing product requirements and analysis, executing test plans and test cases, and monitoring and analyzing test results.
• Assist in the development of software testing methodologies, testing approaches and planning, QA processes, tracking of metrics, and defects.
• Identify new tests to write and update existing tests, focusing on enhancing automation and efficiency.
• Work closely with the Head of Operations on designing use-cases and concepts for process and workflow automation.
• Collaborate with the team to design, prototype, implement, and test solutions for identified problems and use cases.
• Document the automated systems developed and contribute to the technical implementation of automated quality assurance measures.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or have completed an undergraduate degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Technical, Information Technology, Science, Information Systems, or Software Engineering.
• Must be familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT and have a keen interest in exploring and testing different AI tools to drive innovation and efficiency in the beauty industry.
• Intuitive with numbers, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative.
