Location: around Jurong East
OBJECTIVES:
The position of Customer Service Executive is based in Singapore. The primary responsibility of a Customer Service Executive is to provide the best customer service to ANZ and Asia internal and external customers every transaction, every time.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide quality telephone and email support with a high degree of customer service, expertise and timeliness
· Acknowledges and addresses problems and issues in an honest, up-front, non-judgmental manner; provide follow-up to help to ensure customer satisfaction
· Respond to ANZ and Asia customer requests via phone, fax, and email, including, but not limited to, processing iNet agreement (launch/amendment/renew) booking, rental order processing, product lead time inquiry, expedite requests, shipment tracking
· Work together with internal term to make sure the iNet and rental order shipment fulfilled in time
· Resolve order discrepancies, both pre and post shipment
· Support Finance Dep. to solve the iNet and rental invoice issue
· Support Sales Manager to get current subscription status of iNet and rental agreement
· Support Inside Sales Support Manager to complete the quotation to ANZ and Asia customer for iNet and rental agreement
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED (Non-Negotiable):
· Demonstrated commitment to customer service
· Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
· Proficient in data entry
· Knowledge or experience with customer service management systems and tools
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with pleasant demeanor
· Able to work under pressure and self-motivated
· Ability to independently arrange and organize work efforts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
· Requires strong attention to detail, outstanding resourcefulness, flexibility and the ability to work independently as well as within a team setting
QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED (Negotiable):
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
· Knowledge or experience with customer service management systems and tools
· Oracle ERP experience
· Salesforce.com or other CRM experience
