Web Designer 

• Conceptualising creative ideas
• Creating an e-commerce website for our newly established business
• Establishing design guidelines, standards and best practices
• Maintaining the appearance of the website by enforcing content standards
• Designing visual imagery for our website and ensuring that they are in line with branding for clients
• Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps and wireframes
• Designing sample pages including different colours and fonts
• Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure

Job Description

• A relevant diploma in a related field
• Proficiency in a graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and other visual design tools
• Prior experience with working in a web-design firm
• Proficiency in front-end development, web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, JQuery and Java Script
• Good understanding of content management systems
• Good understanding of search engine optimization principles
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
• Excellent visual design skills
• Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards and technologies
• Creative and open to new ideas
• Excellent communication skills
• A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms is a must
