Junior architect/ designer executive
Selected junior candidate/s will work closely with the founding principal on a variety of projects ranging from architectural and interior design projects from concept through Design development stage. We're interested in designers with strong graphic and verbal communication skills. Must have knowledge in autocad, sketchup, power point (keynote a plus but not necessary). MUST BE VERY INTERESTED IN DESIGN, self motivated, a collaborator and someone that's willing to discuss design ideas and bouncing thoughts back and forth. Mentoring is provided. Your principal task is to develop established concept idea (or establish conceptual ideas with the principal) and to carry them into schematic and design development phase, prepare presentation drawings for client presentations on time.
Senior architect/ designer executive
Selected senior candidate/s will work independently in translating design development stage drawings (from sketchup and presentation drawings) into construction drawings (autocad) for construction. Be well versed in building codes, detailing and the ability putting together a set of construction drawing a must or be willing to learn. Must be interested in design with an understanding of design languages so as to translate design intent into working drawings for construction. You're expected to coordinate with other relevant consultant if needed. Mentoring is provided where necessary.
