KTM Sportmotorcycle Sea Pte Ltd – Intern Sales Operations

We are looking for a Sales Operation intern to oversee and facilitate sales and order management of our company. He/she will be the one supporting processes management to achieve the effective distribution of goods with full customer satisfaction.

Our ideal candidate will be well-versed in supply chain and order management principles and practices, strong ability in numerical analysis and databases management, will have a consistent attention to detail and great record-keeping and reporting abilities.

We expect him/her to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills over a customer-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Support the internal sales operations main tasks (sales planning, order management, master data maintenance).
• Creation of reports and statistics.
• Interface function to internal departments e.g. Logistics and Customs Department, Finance, Accounting.
• Communicate with customers and company stakeholders to achieve task completion and mutual satisfaction.
• Development and monitoring of various KPIs.
• Further development and optimization of interdepartmental processes

Requirements

• BSc/BA in business administration, supply chain management, engineering or relevant field
• Final year or graduated only applicants
• Excellent MS Office skills, in particular MS Excel; knowledge of ERP system SAP will be considered as plus.
• Proficiency in English, spoken and written; German language will be considered as a plus.
• Ability to track multiple processes. Being a competent and proactive personality with a pragmatic and structured way of working.
• Great attention to details.
• Knowledge of motorcycle/automotive business are an advantage.
