SALES PLANNING AND INTELLIGENCE ANALYST
We are looking for a Sales Planning and intelligence analyst to support our sales planning and data intelligence activities.
He/she will be directly involved in processes management to achieve commercial target and the effective distribution of goods with full customer satisfaction.
Our ideal candidate will be well-versed in demand planning & forecasting, market studies as well as commercial principles and practices, strong ability in numerical analysis and databases management, will have a consistent attention to detail and great record-keeping and reporting abilities.
We expect him/her to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills over a customer-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain effective performance metrics & dashboards for Sales & Operations Planning related to sales, inventory and orders.
- Collect business intelligence data from available industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased source and prepare ad hoc market analysis on business opportunities and competitors.
- Analyze sales and inventory data to make proficient production decisions at the SKU level
- Liaising with sales team on sales results and forecast tracking and the preparation of regular business review presentations.
- Directly link with other relevant department e.g. Business Intelligence, Finance, Product Management.
- Communicate with company stakeholders to achieve task completion and mutual satisfaction.
- Development and monitoring of various KPIs.
- Further development and optimization of interdepartmental processes
Requirements
- Only final year or graduated students may apply
- BSc/BA in business administration, industrial engineering, statistics, accounting.
- Excellent MS Office skills, in particular MS Excel; knowledge of ERP system SAP will be considered as plus.
- Knowledge and passion for motorcycle products, business actors and markets dynamics are a great advantage.
- Must have strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English, spoken and written; German language will be considered as a plus.
- Ability to track multiple processes. Being a competent and proactive personality with a pragmatic and structured way of working.
- Great attention to details.
- Knowledge or previous experiences in a similar role within the motorcycle/automotive business are an advantage.
