Job Description
In Brief:
The Guest Service Agent is dedicated and committed in creating memorable and unforgettable experiences with KUDETA Club standards to ensure consistency and quality of service to our guests.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Welcomes and greets guests. Make all our guests feel comfortable and let them know that you’re there to personally take care of them.
 Informs guests of special promotions and menu changes.
 Makes recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.
 Answers questions about our food, beverages and other Club Lounge amenities & services.
 Takes food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely matter.
 Performs opening & closing duties assigned.
 Performs side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment.
 Maintains clean service areas.
 Monitors and observes guests lounge experience. Ascertain order of guests’ cocktails, bottle service, and food orders are accurate. Responds promptly and courteously to any requests.
 Prepares final bill, checks for accuracy BEFORE presenting it to guest(s), accepts payment, processes credit card charges or make change (if applicable).
 Assists fellow servers as situations arise.
 Thanks each guest for their visit and invite them to return.
 Be available to fill in as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the club lounge as directed by the managers or immediate supervisors.
 Any other tasks assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
 No previous restaurant experience required.
 Good communication skills to internal and external customers.
 MUST BE on the feet for most of the working hours
 Be able to communicate clearly and effectively in the predominant language(s) of our guests.
 Must have exceptional grooming habits.
