KYND Digital is a boutique Marketing Consultancy and Agency specialized in sustainability. Our mission is to put the spotlight on game-changing brands while they focus on protecting the planet.
KYND Digital was launched in 2021 in response to the growing climate crisis, to help elevate sustainability-driven brands through Digital Advertising. Our founder spent most of the past decade working as the Head of Client Solutions at LinkedIn in Singapore and Hong Kong. From advising Marketing teams on Digital strategies to creating complete social media campaigns, we are here to help sustainable brands unlock growth.

KYND Digital is part of KYND Pte Ltd, a portfolio of sustainability-focused brands on a mission to empower conscious companies and communities. We are also launching a sustainable label in the next few month, which might also require your support.
We are looking for an individual who is keen to jump in our newly established startup. We are launching KYND Digital as well as a sustainable label over the coming months and need a marketing and social media super star to help us make this a reality. You will work directly with our CEO and Founder to help take our business to the next level.
The person we are looking for will help build both KYND Digital, as well as help support our customer's marketing needs.
You are:
- Someone passionate about sustainability, keen to work in a purpose-oriented environment
- Excited to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment, working directly with a founder to make the vision a reality
- A creative graphic designer with experience translating a brand concept into marketing assets and telling a story online. You will be familiar with Canva and can build beautiful assets that we can use online on our channels, and also in client material
- A social media expert who understands how to optimize the various social media platforms and can help build, manage, engage and track our audience digitally. You will be able to own our content calendar ensuring our followers are engaged and inspired (on LinkedIn, IG, FB)
- An excellent communicator with strong verbal and written communication, and ability to create content related to sustainability
- Flexible and prepared to roll up your sleeves - are happy to take on administrative tasks and assist in a wide-variety of operational projects when needed
If you are keen to learn and are excited about the impact you will be making in the sustainability space, we want to hear from you! We're ideally looking for someone to work part-time about 3 days a week but are flexible.
